Finally a location that makes my tea how I ask without acting annoyed. They're always nice and happy and bubbly here. Always in a good mood and drinks always taste great. Probably why the drive through takes forever! Tip: just walk in to get your drink, drive through takes way too long.

It's 7:30 and not very busy, inside or drive through. I needed a minute to decide what I wanted and it made the cashier named Susan pretty frustrated for some reason. When I ordered she was still rude and rushed me. Didn't even give me a receipt and started talking to the next person before she even gave me my change. Barista was similar too. I sat down while I ate and noticed they were pretty nice to everyone else who came in. I know I'm young but when you're five minutes from college of dupage what do you expect? Never had such a bad experience with a rude staff at a Starbucks before.

so its a starbucks and they hold the employees to a strong standard. The only reason why i am even posting a review on them is the fact of how it was a drive through only spot that makes a pretty good coffee. Dont care for the taste of how chardbucks burns/roast thier beans for flavor consistancy but the gal who made my coffee couple of times i came here did an awesome job foaming the milk and it was the best chardbucks latte i have ever had

I come here daily on my way to work. My drink is usually made right. Depends on who makes it, but its always way better than the Starbucks closer to my house. They don't always understand my drink order. I order it exactly how I should and some employees make a mess out of it, but the drink turns out right after repeating my order 4 times. Last Sat my friend and I ended up here after going to 2 other locations that were full of kids. I like the crowd here.

Sadly, I was on my way (& late, as usual) to an appointment yesterday and I stopped at this Starbucks quickly to grab my usual quad-shot drink (I do not take caffeine lightly). I was on the verge of a caffeine headache, as I had slept later than usual and had had no caffeine going on for more than 24 hours. I grabbed my drink and ran out the door (the drive thru line was wrapped around the building or I'd have used that) and started driving. A few sips into the drink, I realized that there was NO ESPRESSO in the drink. Needless to say, I developed a full-blown caffeine headache and couldn't get to caffeine for three hours. Not the biggest deal on earth, taking actual problems into consideration, but in the moment...ouch, and I was pissed. I'm sure this error isn't frequent or standard, but still. NOT okay to not put coffee in a coffee drink.

I have tried going here several times when in the area and keep having worse and worse experiences. So, no more. The person who takes my order (and there have been a couple of different ones) never seems very friendly or happy to have me there as a customer. And the barista (maybe the same guy every time) seemed confused about my request -- but worst of all, when I asked for an iced drink, he didn't put any ice in it! I came right back to the counter to ask for the ice to be added, and he was really arrogant, with no apology. And yes, my receipt did say "iced."
